Latchford Medical Centre is an established three GP Partner Training Practice and is part of NHS Warrington CCG and South Warrington Network. We provide high quality general medical services and additional enhanced services to our population of Patients who reside in and around Latchford, Warrington. As our Patient list size continues to grow we are offering a more diverse workforce including; Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Patient Advisors and both clinical and social prescribers.
Together with our Patient Participation Group we will monitor our workload and provision of services and adapt accordingly to the needs of our Patients. We are looking forward to working with the Practices in the South of Warrington to provide even better access for our Patients and more support for our team.
Our goal is to be effective and efficient in terms of the healthcare we provide and the business we run. We wish to remain family friendly and focussed on providing excellent primary care services for our Patients. We encourage and reflect on all feedback. We wish to build upon our already excellent practice team; to maintain a rich educational environment for our learners and encourage personal development of all our team members and enhance their skills therefore our services.
